New Customer Portal

Over the last few months we have been hard at work upgrading our systems and we are now ready and proud to announce the general availability of our brand new website and Warehouse Management System: CIMSA04 WMS.

With this new WMS and a new website we continue improving our processes and providing our customer base with better and more modern information tools.

We have created a Reference Guide to guide our customers and other business partners on the new website.

Why did CIMSA create a new website

The old website has served our customers well for the last few years but it was long overdue for a makeover.

We have now implemented a new Warehouse Management System (CIMSA04 WMS) and the website renewal is part of the migration.

All our customers data is now in the process of being migrated to the new system. Your customer service representative can provide you with more information regarding this migration.

The new website (https://ww3.cimsa.info) connects to both to the old CIMSA03 WMS and to the new CIMSA04 WMS from a single platform. This means you will not have to be using separate sites if you don't want to; although the old website will be phased out at the end of 2021.

When your inventory information is migrated over to the new CIMSA04 WMS, the old website will no longer be updated with new transactions but will retain all past information up until the migration date; after the old website is shut down at the end of 2021, all past information from CIMSA03 WMS will still be available until further notice on the new website @ https://ww3.cimsa.info.

What happens to the old website?

The old website (http://www.cimsa.info) is still available and will be throughout 2021.

At the end of 2021 the old website will be effectively shut down for good; but even after the old website is shut down the information will still be available from the new website at https://ww3.cimsa.info.

All historic information is already available on the new website https://ww3.cimsa.info.

New features and improvements

This guide will help you navigate the new ww3.cimsa.info customer portal. This new website comes with new features and tools that will make it faster and easier to use; some of the new features are:

IMPROVED SPEED; all pages, reports and queries now load faster.
IMPROVED VISUALS; the general look of the website has been greatly improved and implements the latest web technologies for compatibility with all modern web browsers.
SIMPLIFIED NAVIGATION; we have reduced the number of pages and reports without sacrificing data availability.
IMPROVED DATA EXPORTS; all reports can now be exported to all major file formats including XLS, XLSX, CSV, PDF, XML and others.
IMPROVED REPORTS; all reports can now be filtered and sorted by any column available.
IMPROVED SECURITY; the website is now protected with TLS / SSL security, so all information moving between your computer and our website is encrypted end to end.
